A lot of major retail stores are working with their vendors to reduce cost and transit time by having the merchandise store ready(Pre-ticketed and UCC 128 carton labels applied at the factory overseas) so the merchandise is ready to enter the retailers transportation network directly only by de-consolidating the shipping container(s).

Merchandise picked by carton from stock shipments and distributed to various retailers according to the pick tickets issued by the customers according to the retailers shipping and labeling requirements. 

Merchandise is picked from stock shipments by individual item, according to the customers pick tickets and repacked according to various  retailers packing requirements and shipped according to various retailers shipping and labeling requirements. 

Merchandise is picked from stock shipments by individual item or carton by scanning the bar code for 100 % pick accuracy, the pick log is saved on our system and used to facilitate ASN's and automate the packaging and shipping process. 

Merchandise that is manufactured at several different factories around the world and requires minor assembly to get the merchandise store ready. 

Preparing merchandise to be store ready by attaching hang-tags, UPC codes or price tickets depending on the retailers specifications. 

Specific to the fashion industry, apparel is required to be put on hangers to make the merchandise store ready according to the retailers specifications, we have a state of the art garment on hanger rail system and equipment to apply and seal the merchandise in polythene bags to protect the merchandise during transit to the retailer. 

Inspection of merchandise to ensure it conforms to the specifications entailed by the retailer the merchandise is consigned too. 

Reworking of apparel to ensure it meets the specifications of the retailer, changing of main and care labels, steaming, pressing, folding etc.
